To prepare for your appointment, arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. Avoid caffeine beforehand, as it can make your eyes twitch. The application process takes one to two hours for a full set, so bring headphones and get comfortable.

For aftercare, avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours. Sleep on your back when possible, avoid rubbing your eyes, and use oil-free makeup remover. With proper care, your lashes can last four to six weeks with regular fills every two to three weeks.
